Big news! I have recently started a new job in Belgium. Oh noees! That means I am effectively “back online.”
If you have been following this blog since its birth five months ago, you probably learned that I created this as an avenue to share my life adventures outside of work (and strictly so, that I purposely minimise publishing any content about my work life).
So… what does that mean for this blog from here onwards?
Less Frequency, but Life Adventure Continues
Quite obviously (probably you have noticed in the last two weeks), you can expect fewer new blog posts to be published from now on as I need to concentrate and dedicate time to meet the expectations and do well in my new job. I want to excel in this new role which I waited to start for four months.
However, there is also some good news: neither my adventures nor my travels are stopping, so there are still plenty of exciting things waiting ahead… It’s just that they happen less frequently.
Getting to Know Belgium a Bit More
As I spend more of my days in Belgium, it is likely that this will lead me to explore new villages and towns in this country. Meaning to say, it is likely that I will publish new Belgian content.
I continue to be fascinated with the fact that despite how close my French home city is from the Belgian border, some things are drastically different, which sets the Belgian identity apart from the French.
John is Now Online, I Am Still Here When Offline
I am looking forward to exploring Belgium while still expanding my horizons in France. I can imagine lots of new content coming. So, stay tuned!
