Let’s talk about mountains!
In this episode, I caught up with Neil Dougherty, an American whom I met by chance on a hiking trip to Mount Apo, the Philippines’ highest peak, last year. Originally from Colorado, Neil naturally grew up close to nature and mountains.
So I asked him more on this to get to know the peaks he’s summited in many countries, how he finds joy in hiking, and if it ever changed any aspect of his life.
